For our Team in Berlin we are currently looking for support as Customer Service Agent (m/f) –Dutch speaking.


Overview of tasks:

  • Receive and answer customer inquiries via phone, E-Mail and Chat
  • Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer
  • Process, record and handle customer concerns within the system


We are looking for:

  • Enjoyment of customer support and empathic procedure in the processing of various customer requests
  • Great communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken Dutch, good command of English preferable
  • Routine handling of common PC and Internet applications
  • Goal-oriented and independent way of working
  • Flexibility, reliability and the ability to work in a team
  • Confident an friendly manner
