To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Lead Commissioning Manager (m/f/d) Mechanical in Frankfurt to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

• Technical leadership and support for the project team in the commissioning management of building services
• Responsibility for the entire technical project process—from design to completion
• Close and proactive communication with our clients throughout all project phases
• Planning and allocation of the necessary resources (personnel, equipment, materials)
• Implementation and oversight of quality assurance processes to ensure that all commissioning activities and milestones meet client expectations
• Structured documentation and reporting of commissioning activities
• Preparation and execution of the final acceptance inspection and handover to the facility management teams

Your profile:

• Completed technical training or a technical degree (e.g., electrical engineering, utility engineering, mechanical engineering, building services engineering, or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in commissioning, technical project management, or a comparable field
• Extensive technical expertise and very good knowledge of commissioning methods and building services engineering
• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as excellent communication skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver’s license
